Following our launch in 1990, Burgess World Travel is now pleased to have developed a first class Business Travel Service.It was felt that companies in the area needed impartial and independent advice, and above all a local service. We also felt there was a gap in the market for a truly personalised service, not found in some of the larger multinational companies.

Through Travelport’s database, Burgess Business Travel can access the reservations and inventory systems of over 200 airlines across the world, including ‘last seat’ availability.

Travelport also allows us to reserve hotel accommodation and arrange car rentals worldwide.
Its ‘Customer Profile’ facility allows information to be stored such as seating preferences, mileage membership numbers, dietary requests etc. Galileo can also provide information on passport and visa requirements together with relevant health and immunisation for your destination.
